I always had a thing for Squale and after buying the Super Squale it was just a matter of time until I wanted the 1521. This great swiss made diver just feels great on the wrist. Perfect size, good lume, great aluminium bezel with the lume pip and accurate clicks. Feels like a solid timepiece that will make me happy for years to come. The Squale 50 Atmos Black 1521-026/A 1521CL.VO is a great Swiss Made watch that just oozes character. Inspired by the iconic skin-diver watches of the 60's and 70's, Squale leaves the silhouette true to the original classic diving watches. The case is slim and has relatively short lugs, which means that despite being 42mm in diameter, it will still be comfortable on most wrists. Having the crown at the 4 o'clock position also contributes to the streamlined look of this watch.
The watch itself is very modern in terms of comfort: sapphire crystal with an AR coating, a Sellita SW200-1 Elabore, a tremendous 500m water resistance and a very comfortable rubber strap. A serious Swiss Made diving watch with a ton of wrist presence!
