“Weekly Auto Orient King Diver” is quite a mouthful for a name. I am aware that a few reviewers on the internet find it that a bit too much having that printed on the dial. However, as an therapy-resistant and hopeless Orient fan I love it. The Orient designers and engineers got it right with their re-issues in my opinion – preserve all the charm and details of the original – but use improved modern materials, refine the handset and indizes, and of course use a modern movement. Perfect.
It is a spectacular piece of horology to own thanks to Orient! Plain pictures cannot offer justice to this watch since its level of design and details equal to much more expensive pieces. In my opinion, it is among the very few compressor diver watches with a unique, timeless style, great material quality and significant wrist presence.
Serious Watches could not have been more helful, since they carefully packed the watch and delivered it on time. Including a thank you letter, what a nice gesture, a tasty waffle that I enjoyed with my coffee!

The Orient Weekly Auto King Diver RA-AA0D01B is an awesome diving watch with an in-house Orient Cal. F6922 automatic (mechanical) movement. The model is inspired by the 1965 Orient original and has embraced all the vintage queues. That's also where name originates and Orient embraces it to make a true re-issue.
The watch has an internal bezel that is operated by the second crown, but also 200m water resistance and a day indicator at 6. It will look great with a suit or casual wear, so it's a true all-rounder with a great design pedigree, great quality and a true mechanical in-house movement.
